The central location provided easy access to main attractions. i found the staff friendly. Their kindness warmed my heart. the hotel had excellent cleanliness, i always felt at ease. the metro was easily accessible.

The room felt smaller than expected. It slightly impacted our overall experience. i noticed the bathroom layout lacked a degree of privacy. this could benefit from a redesign.

the room was quite small it barely fit the bed i also found the bathroom setup odd the toilet had a glass partition offering little privacy the air conditioning was set too low i couldn't adjust it so i felt quite cold at night the location was okay but a bit further from the main attractions than i'd hoped

I was so excited about the location! it was easy to walk to all the shopping areas and hop on the metro (i used it a lot!). the staff helped a ton. They let me leave my bags after checkout so i could grab breakfast. also, the lobby smelled amazing and had a cute vibe.

honestly, the walls in the bathroom were see-through, made things a little awkward. i wish there was more privacy. it's fine if you're super comfortable with your travel partner, but still.

The location is unbeatable. i could walk to everything (and i mean everything!) i also found the staff super helpful. They gave me great recommendations. plus, the in-room coffee machine was a lifesaver for early mornings (i definitely needed that caffeine boost!).

The bathroom setup was a bit unusual. The glass door offered minimal privacy.
